Very close to true Neapolitan style pizza—it very much exceeded expectations and I would say it’s the best pizza we’ve tried in the area.
I had an amazing experience at Brightwood Pizza & Bottle! I dropped by for lunch and was blown away by their 'Islander 2.0' pizza and garlic knots. The cider choices were fantastic, and their margarita on tap was a delicious surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the outdoor seating was fun. I can't wait to visit again when I'm back in the area!
A wonderful atmosphere, especially on those cooler summer nights. Indoor and outdoor seating options. The pizza is really good with a chewy/crispy crust and perfectly blended sauce (I like red sauce). Pairs well the the many ciders they have available. The staff are really friendly too.
Great Cider Brewery! Cool little spot down the alley. Snacks were good! Reasonably priced! Try the Anxo Flight with four different cider tastes. The jamon serrano sandwich tasted great! They also have some limited outside seating. At the bar you can also watch TV, sport games are on. They also sell their beer and cider to take home.
This place is incredible. I came for their Happy Trees fest in November and loved the music, vibes and smash burger pop up. Their pizzas, burgers, cider and wine were all amazing. I left with a full crate of ciders that I’ll be giving out as Christmas presents. I can’t wait to come back—Brightwood Pizza is a gem!
I have nothing but good things to say about Brightwood Pizza! They were extremely kind and helpful in accommodating a large group of us. The pizza was delicious and there were drink options for every preference. Will definitely be back :)

Brightwood Pizza is a true neighborhood gem! If you're in the area, you absolutely have to check it out. One of the owners, Sam, is incredibly passionate about his business, and he's always a pleasure to chat with. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which just adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. As for the pizza – it’s fantastic! They are delicious and come with ample toppings. Two people could share a pie, unless you are really hungry and want one for yourself. No one would blame you...they are that good! But that’s not all Brightwood Pizza has to offer. They also run a craft cider business under the name ANXO (pronounced Ahn-Cho), and their cider creations are a must-try! They have a unique selection, and you can really taste the care and creativity that goes into each one. Now, I’ll be honest – I’m not a fan of businesses that charge service fees. But after speaking with Sam about their fee structure, I get where he’s coming from. It's a modest 20% for dine-in customers and 5% for take-out, and while I may not personally agree with it, I understand the reasoning. Overall, Brightwood Pizza is a fantastic spot with great food, friendly people, and a unique cider selection. They are closed on Mondays but open the rest of the week. Highly recommend you check them out!
